Location: Peoria, Illinois Schedule: 4p-11p Virtual Interview & Onboarding Available At Castor Home Health Solutions, nursing feels like nursing again. Provide 1:1 pediatric care in the home while building real relationships with patients and families. Our nurses enjoy consistent cases, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to deliver 1:1 meaningful care in the comfort of their patient's home. We serve patients from infants through young adults and carefully match nurses with the right-fit family for long-term success. With 24/7 clinical support, paid hands-on training, and a laptop in every home for easy charting, you'll feel confident and supported from day one.

What You'll Do

• Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care in the home
• Monitor vitals, administer medications, and perform treatments
• Support patients and families through compassionate care
• Complete simple real-time charting during your shift

What We're Looking For

• Active Illinois RN or LPN license
• CPR certification (we can help)
• Compassionate, dependable nurses
• New grads encouraged to apply

No pediatric home care experience? We provide training in trachs, vents, G/J tubes, and more.

Pay & Perks

• RNs: Starting at $38+/hr
• LPNs: Starting at $32+/hr
