Every person here has a voice, ships meaningful work, and helps shape how AI can make the world safer and more connected.The role:As the Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a critical role in hiring early sales talent and delivering a world-class candidate experience while ensuring our recruiting process runs efficiently from first interview through onboarding. You'll partner closely with Head of Recruiting, recruiters, hiring managers, agency partners, and candidates to coordinate interviews, streamline recruiting activity, and create an exceptional experience throughout the hiring journey. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, enjoys building relationships, and loves creating outstanding experiences for candidates and hiring teams alike.Responsibilities:Coordinate interviews across candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and executives, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.Support Associate Account Executive hiring, including sourcing, initial screens, pipeline management, and candidate communication.Manage candidate communication from interview through offer acceptance, pre-boarding, and first day.Maintain accurate candidate and hiring data in Ashby and other recruiting systems.Coordinate with agency partners on candidate submissions, interviews, and hiring timelines.Partner with Recruiting, HR, Finance, and hiring leaders to keep hiring processes moving efficiently.Support recruiting events, hiring initiatives, and special projects as Coram scales.Improve recruiting processes through documentation, automation, and operational efficiencies.Skills and qualifications:1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting Coordination, Recruiting Operations, Talent Acquisition, Admin Assistant or a related fieldExceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyExperience coordinating interviews across multiple calendars and time zonesHigh attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information with professionalismComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environmentPassion for creating exceptional candidate experiencesResilient in challenging and fast-paced environmentsExceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to influence at all levelsAbility to work in an onsite environmentExperience using Ashby or modern ATS platforms is a plusExperience supporting technical or GTM recruiting teams is a plusFamiliarity with recruiting agencies and vendor management is a plusExperience with onboarding coordination and People Operations is a plusStartup or high-growth technology company experience is a plusWhat we offer:Competitive compensation package100% Employer-paid medical, dental, vision, and base life insurancePaid time off and 10 paid holidays401(k) (Traditional and Roth options)Early-stage equity in a rapidly growing companyReferral bonusesDaily team breakfast and dinner, and regular team off-sitesThe latest Apple products and unlimited tech stack (Claude Cowork, Perplexity Computer, Nooks, Clay, Instantly, etc.)We're on a mission to transform a $50B+ legacy industry by bringing the power of cutting-edge multimodal LLMs and computer vision to real-world security and operations.
