Time and Data Coordinator - Days - Anne Arundel Med Ctr

Position Objective Provides support for assigned department(s) by maintaining payroll, time and attendance and leave management duties for employees. Reviews/audits timecards for compliance with personnel policy and accuracy Manually inputs timecards, clocking change forms, email requests and incentive forms Organizes and maintains master schedules, schedule changes forms, clocking/non‑productive change request forms Monitors, maintains and enters FMLA, FMLAI and workers compensation Provides daily training and troubleshooting for employees Educational/Experience Requirements Associate’s degree and/or equivalent experience Minimum of three years of timekeeping or leave management experience Required License/Certifications None Working Conditions, Equipment, Physical Demands There is a reasonable expectation that employees in this position will not be exposed to blood‑borne pathogens.
