In your role as a dedicated Finance Consultant with us, you will support our clients from the areas of tax consulting and auditing throughout Germany in the search for suitable employees and actively participate in the acquisition and support of new candidates. What you can expect You approach the most exciting candidates from our network and convince them for a successful cooperation. You advise your candidates on the right job selection and accompany them through the application process. You coordinate interview appointments for your candidates as well as clients and proactively solicit feedback on both sides. You are a sparring partner for your candidates as well as clients and are always there until the contract is signed. You are the independent contact person for our customers and regularly discuss personnel requirements. Your profile You have initial experience in sales and/or have completed a comparable degree or training. Mindset is everything: You're really into it and success is your biggest motivator. You have perseverance and are of the opinion that "standing still is taking a step backwards". Reliability and team spirit are among your strengths.
