$120,000-$150,000 base salary, benefits, performance-related upside, and the opportunity to join a privately held real estate investment and development company with a strong Sun Belt multifamily pipeline. Blayze Group is partnering with a Dallas-area real estate investment and development firm to appoint a Capital Raiser to expand relationships with family offices, high-net-worth individuals, and private-capital partners. This position is suited to someone with a strong private real estate network who can originate, develop, and close new capital relationships on a project-by-project basis. The Role Build relationships with family offices, HNW investors, and private-capital sources Originate new investors and expand the company's capital-partner network Lead fundraising activity from introduction through due diligence and closing Present multifamily and active-adult development opportunities to investors Understand investor mandates, return expectations, and allocation preferences Work closely with senior leadership on fundraising strategy and investor materials Maintain strong relationships with existing investors and strategic partners Represent the business professionally across the private real estate market Background Sought Experience in capital raising, investor relations, private equity, investment sales, or real estate investment Established relationships with family offices, HNW investors, RIAs, or private-capital sources Strong understanding of multifamily, residential development, or private real estate investment Comfortable presenting development opportunities to sophisticated investors Credible, commercially sharp, and confident with senior decision-makers Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and comfortable in a growing platform Must be able to work from the Plano office 5 days per week #J-18808-Ljbffr
