Position: Field Marketing Director - In this role, you will lead, train, and manage a door-to-door canvassing team, oversee daily performance, and develop strategies to generate quality leads and support sales growth. No Selling!
Requirements:
▪ Proven experience as a Canvassing Manager or Canvassing Director in the Home Improvement Industry
Responsibilities:
▪ Interview, hire, train, manage, and motivate a team of canvassers
▪ Plan neighborhood routes and daily field schedules
▪ Develop and implement effective canvassing strategies
▪ Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing coaching
▪ Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align efforts
