Talent Acquisition Specialist (3-6 Month Contract)

We’re currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (3–6 month contract) to support our People Team during a period of high hiring demand . This is a project-based role , ideal for someone who enjoys fast‑paced environments and the challenge of finding talent in very niche and hard‑to‑reach markets. What we are looking for We are looking for a recruiter who: Has 3+ years of experience in end‑to‑end recruiting Is used to working in high‑demand, high‑pressure environments Has experience sourcing niche technical profiles Ideally has experience recruiting BIM, engineering, or construction related roles Is comfortable managing multiple searches simultaneously Has advanced English Experience recruiting BIM/VDC profiles or specialized engineering roles (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil) is highly desirable , as many of the positions we hire for are difficult‑to‑find technical profiles . What you will do Lead full‑cycle recruiting processes for technical roles in LATAM and the U.S. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand complex technical needs Build strong pipelines for specialized engineering and BIM profiles Develop creative sourcing strategies to reach hard‑to‑find candidates Help us maintain strong hiring momentum during a period of rapid growth All positions at ENG are carefully remote. This is a contract role for 3 to 6 months , with the possibility of extension depending on business needs.
