Location & Hours Location: Conifer: Oehlmann Park Rd & Pleasant Park Rd Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. (30 hours per week guaranteed) Live‑In/Live‑Out: Live‑out Commitment / Contract Length: Short‑term 3 to 6 months or a year+ (candidate choice) Start Date: ASAP Family and Household Dynamics Children’s Ages: One child who is almost 1 year old About the Child: He is active, social, very curious, adventurous, loves to explore. Needs engaging, hands‑on play and a gentle, responsive approach. About the Family: Dual work‑from‑home parents with private office spaces. Pets: One sweet doodley; all candidates must love dogs. Additional Notes: Previous nanny experience was mixed. The family is looking for a positive, warm, and engaging person. Once the family gets to know the nanny, they will be open to outings such as local story time, classes, parks, and play dates. Key Responsibilities All standard nanny duties: childcare, ensuring safety, engaging activities. Household duties: laundry for the baby, loading/unloading dishwasher, picking up around the home, prepping meals, washing and sterilizing bottles and breast pump. Other duties: manage easy routines, support gentle sleep schedules, coordinate parent communication. Travel Requirements No regular travel required; occasional trips are possible with advanced notice. Desired Skills and Abilities Minimum 2 years of experience with infants and toddlers. Kind, warm, nurturing, collaborative and respectful in communication. Willing to avoid strong fragranced products while on duty. Comfortable with a gentle, natural approach to sleep and routines; not using cry‑it‑out methods. Compensation and Benefits Rate of Pay (gross): $29‑$35 per hour. With 30 guaranteed hours, annualized compensation is $52,000–$63,700 (gross). Benefits: 2+ weeks paid time off, paid holidays, paid sick days, gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job. Required Qualifications Minimum 2–3 years of applicable professional experience with verifiable references. Strong professional and personal references. Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance. Age 18+ and high school graduate (2–4 year degrees preferred). Authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction.
