Position Summary The Spa Guest Experience Concierge is the primary point of contact at Bayside Spa & Fitness, responsible for creating a seamless and elevated guest experience. This role manages reception operations, appointment scheduling, and retail support, with occasional coverage at the Tennis Retail Boutique. Key Responsibilities Open and close spa and fitness facilities according to standard procedures Welcome guests and ensure efficient check‑in and check‑out Schedule, adjust, and cancel appointments accurately Recommend services, packages, and retail products Maintain strong knowledge of treatments, salon, and med spa offerings Conduct facility tours and assist with guest inquiries Uphold service standards to deliver a consistently exceptional experience Required Qualifications Customer service experience High school diploma or equivalent Basic computer and math skills Strong communication and phone skills Service‑oriented with attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Experience in spa, salon, fitness, hospitality, or wellness environments Core Competencies Professional, polished, and engaging presence Strong organization and multitasking skills Ability to perform in a fast‑paced environment Collaborative, team‑focused mindset Behaviors Innovative: Consistently introduces new ideas and demonstrates original thinking Detail Oriented: Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well Enthusiastic: Shows intense and eager enjoyment and interest Education Some college (Preferred) High School (Required) Experience Required: 1 year of customer service experience in hospitality, spa, fitness, or retail environments; managing guest interactions, scheduling appointments, handling transactions, and promoting services; demonstrated ability to deliver high‑quality service in a fast‑paced setting.
