Schedule: This role requires availability on weekends and during evening hours, particularly 4–8 p.m.

Help create the magic behind the scenes at Cherry Hill Programs. As a Seasonal Human Resources Coordinator , you’ll support new and returning team members through onboarding and help our HR team keep employee information accurate and up to date. We’re looking for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable helping our employees through their time with our company.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure completion of new employee onboarding steps and follow up on missing information or documents

• Process and maintain employee records in our HRIS, UKG and other systems of record as needed

• Monitor HR tickets and email, answer routine questions, and route more complex issues to the appropriate team member

• Track background check and minor work permit requirements and follow up to help ensure they are completed after employees begin work

• Partner with hiring managers and HR team members to resolve onboarding issues and keep start dates on track

• Provide updates on onboarding status and outstanding requirements

• Handle sensitive employee information with care and confidentiality

• Support other seasonal HR administrative needs as assigned

Knowledge, Experience & Skill

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access and Power Point)
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
