Business Development Agent

Honda of Frontenac is hiring a Business Development Agent for its Service Department to be the first point of contact between our customers and the service department. You'll own the phone and appointment experience making sure every customer gets scheduled, followed up with, and taken care of.

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound calls and respond to service inquiries promptly and professionally
• Schedule and confirm service appointments in our dealership management software
• Follow up after service visits to check satisfaction and drive repeat business
• Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to match customer needs with shop capacity
• Log customer interactions accurately and pull reports as needed
• Recommend relevant service packages when they genuinely fit the customer's needs

What You Bring

• Strong communication and people skills you're comfortable on the phone all day
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple calls and appointments at once
• Prior customer service or dealership service department experience preferred
• Comfortable learning new software; DMS experience a plus
• A positive, customer-first attitude
