• Patient Evaluation: Review medical histories, conduct initial assessments, and diagnose movement and functional limitations. [1, 2]
• Treatment Planning: Develop individualized care plans outlining specific recovery goals, expected outcomes, and treatment timelines. [1, 2]
• Therapeutic Interventions: Guide patients through prescribed stretches, strength training, and functional movements. Use hands-on manual therapy techniques and specialized equipment to facilitate healing. [1, 2, 3, 4]
• Progress Monitoring: Track patient recovery, adjust treatment modalities as needed, and coordinate with physicians to ensure optimal outcomes. 
• Patient Education: Instruct patients and their families on proper at-home exercises, injury prevention techniques, and lifestyle modifications. 
• Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely patient records, progress notes, and billing/insurance documentation in compliance with medical and legal standards. 
• Team Leadership: Oversee and direct Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and rehabilitation aides.
