Production Supervisor

Casting Department: - Oversee coordination of iron pipe casting operations - Lead a team of 30-35 people - Maintain quality and safety compliance - Manage material and documentation - Resolve operational issues - Lead daily standups - Handle machine start up, trackingand testing chemistry of iron Finishing Department: - Oversee a coordinate finishing operations of cast iron pipe - Lead a team of 15-20 employees - Ensure quality and safety regulations are followed - Collaborate with maintenance and other supervisors - The Finishing General Supervisor oversees and coordinates the finishing operations of cast iron pipe in a heavy industrial - Make sure ovens are up and running, shut down goes well, oversee painting and cement line, etc. - Help out hands-on when needed - Lead morning standups We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
