Industrial EngineerThe Industrial Engineer drives improvements in safety, quality, delivery and cost by identifying and eliminating non-value-added activity across manufacturing operations. This role develops, recommends and implements process improvements that enhance manufacturing efficiency, resource utilization and product quality.The ideal candidate is a data-driven problem solver who thrives in a competitive, fast-paced and dynamic manufacturing environment. This individual will collaborate cross-functionally to optimize workflows, support production performance and deliver operational excellence.Responsibilities:Optimize workflows, labor utilization and sequence of operations to improve efficiencyIdeate, lead and support waste elimination and process improvement initiatives across manufacturing operationsPerform data analysis to establish shop performance metrics and solve complex operational problemsProvide technical support to manufacturing, maintenance, production supervisors and shift leadersSupport project implementation and plant initiatives including off shift or weekends as neededRequired Qualifications:1+ years of Industrial Engineering experienceExperience working in manufacturingExperience with continuous improvement methodologies and problem solving in production operationsExperience documenting and improving standardized workKnowledge of lean manufacturing, time studies and motion analysisStrong analytical, organizational and communication skillsAbility to adapt to interpersonal styles and work effectively with cross functional teamsSelf-motivatedStrong continuous improvement focusAbility to work flex schedules as needed to support initiatives on an off shiftPreferred Qualifications:3+ years of Industrial Engineering experienceExperience with project management and cross-functional initiative executionWorking knowledge of computer aided drafting (CAD) toolsThis role may be eligible for relocation benefits.On-site: This role is categorized as onsite.
