Remote Implementation Analyst - Training & Onboarding

Flash is seeking an Implementation Analyst to own onboarding for our hardware and software solutions. You will train customers remotely and on-site as needed, translate business goals into software configurations, and drive successful deployments across multiple platforms. You’ll work with Salesforce/Jira, manage training schedules, and collaborate with support teams to close knowledge gaps.
