Implementation Specialist - Onboarding

Owning the customer's journey from kickoff through training completion, the full-time remote Implementation Specialist - Onboarding & Training will manage system implementation, integration, and training for clients primarily using Square, while also supporting other POS platforms as needed. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, executing implementation and training plans with clear milestones and success criteria Configure the MarketMan system and manage POS and API integrations, ensuring accurate data processing and issue resolution Deliver tailored training sessions and monitor customer engagement to identify adoption gaps and potential churn risks Required qualifications 2-3 years of experience in implementation, onboarding, customer training, or a similar technical customer-facing role Demonstrated comfort with integrations, data management, and troubleshooting discrepancies Strong facilitation and presentation skills for training non-technical users Solid project management abilities to handle multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent practical experience Virtual Vocations Inc
