Implementation Specialist

About the Role Join the customer success team at a B2B accounting software company, helping bookkeeping and accounting firms get started with the platform. You will guide new customers through onboarding and their first 90-100 days, helping them adopt the product and build a strong foundation for ongoing use. What You'll Do Lead one-hour onboarding calls over Zoom to support setup and provide introductory product training. Manage implementation for a portfolio of small and midsized bookkeeping and accounting firm clients during their first 90-100 days. Hold follow-up calls for setup, feature training, team training, and product updates. Serve as the primary contact for customer questions during onboarding and work to support strong renewal outcomes. Document customer feedback and feature requests to inform product improvements and internal processes. Transition out as the dedicated point of contact after the implementation support period. What We're Looking For At least 2 years of full-time work experience. Bookkeeping or accounting experience is required. Customer-facing SaaS experience is a plus; a proactive, coachable approach and comfort in an individual contributor role are important. Familiarity with tools such as Slack, Salesforce, Google Workspace, Notion, Intercom, QuickBooks, Xero, and Zapier. Compensation & Benefits Compensation is $70,000 to $90,000 USD annually.
