Implementations Specialist

Providing timely and accurate implementation for new accounts and updates to existing accounts, the full-time remote Implementations Specialist will communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and coordinate with multiple teams to ensure successful service delivery. Key responsibilities Evaluate and facilitate new account or account modification requests while adhering to standard operating procedures Collaborate with Sales Executives and Account Managers to ensure all information for new or modified accounts is complete and accurate Track all communication and tasks within the designated CRM system for audit and project tracking purposes Required qualifications High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred 5+ years of experience in account implementation, technical support, customer service, or a related operational role Client-facing experience with the ability to communicate requirements and timelines effectively Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel Strong logical and analytical thinking skills for configuring or troubleshooting system workflows Virtual Vocations Inc
