Implementation Enablement Specialist

To support the implementation team, the full-time remote Implementation Enablement Specialist will document and standardize processes, develop workflow automations, and maintain reporting systems to enhance operational efficiency. Key responsibilities Build, standardize, and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and templates across all service lines and stages of the implementation lifecycle Design and maintain workflow automations and dashboards to streamline processes and provide visibility into implementation metrics Evaluate and convert manual tasks into documented, automated processes while prioritizing improvement initiatives based on business impact Required qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent education and practical experience Three or more years of experience in process improvement, operations, or implementation support, preferably in healthcare revenue cycle management Demonstrated experience in documenting processes and developing SOPs or operating standards Advanced Excel skills for building reports and dashboards, along with experience in workflow automation tools like monday.com Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, and familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or Claude preferred Virtual Vocations Inc
