Implementation Program Specialist

Role: Program Specialist for EMR Implementations responsible for delivering new EMR integrations and upgrades for Foundation Medicine clients. Key Responsibilities Managing end-to-end project delivery from kickoff to go live Coordinating cross-functional teams (Sales, Engineering, Product, Customer Success) Developing detailed project plans Managing client communications Ensuring technical and regulatory compliance (HL7, HIPAA) Facilitating customer training and transition to post-implementation support Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 2-3 years in project management or implementation roles Preferred Skills Familiarity with major healthcare EMRs (Epic, Cerner, OncoEMR) Experience with healthcare data integrations Strong stakeholder management Understanding of patient data privacy High-Value Focus High-Value: focus on EMR integrations/upgrades in a biopharma context, technical standards, healthcare data security, and cross-functional collaboration.
