Prep & Batch — The Haunting → Miracle
| October–December | 3-Month Opportunity
Behind the scenes at The Haunting on 9th Street (October) and Miracle on 9th Street (November - December), our prep and batch team keeps the bar stocked and ready for a volume most bars only see one night a year — every night, for three months straight. We're hiring now for October's Halloween pop-up, with the opportunity to continue through Miracle in November and December.
What you'll do:
- Batch cocktail components, syrups, infusions, and garnishes ahead of service using provided recipes
- Maintain par levels and flag shortages before they affect service
- Keep prep areas clean, organized, and up to health code standards
- Coordinate with bar management to adjust batching based on nightly volume
What we're looking for:
- Prior prep, batch, or barback experience preferred
- Comfortable following detailed recipes and maintaining consistency at scale
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Available for daytime/pre-service prep shifts; some evening flexibility a plus
Schedule: Primarily early morning / daytime prep shifts, with schedule intensifying around weekends and holiday dates.
Pay: $35/hour
