We ship 8,000+ pieces of content annually, generating 2B+ views across live events, music label campaigns, and brand activations for partners like Rolling Loud, the Grammys, Spotify, and Columbia Records. We operate fast, deploy a staff-driven production model, and value high-agency creators over corporate hierarchy. THE ROLE We are hiring a Chief of Staff to serve as the COO’s primary managerial right hand. You will own the day-to-day management of agency operations, team execution, and project workflows across active client accounts so executive leadership can operate at 10,000 feet. WHAT YOU'll DO Day-to-Day Team & Operational Management: Direct daily agency rhythms, hold project managers, producers, and creative staff accountable, eliminate workflow bottlenecks across full-time teams and freelance networks, and ensure all projects consistently meet deadlines and strictly adhere to timelines. Pipeline Governance: Own the agency’s project databases from inbound inquiry to project wrap, ensuring delivery deadlines and account standards are maintained. Executive Proxy & Process Alignment: Act as COO proxy in internal standups, operational syncs, and logistics meetings. Ensure client SOWs, production fee structures, and deal memo compliance are enforced. System & Workflow Automation: Build and optimize automated operational workflows, team tracking dashboards, and AI documentation systems to scale agency output without expanding overhead. Special Projects & Growth Ops: Oversee high-stakes strategic initiatives, agency offsites, vendor negotiations, and multi-city event logistics (e.g., Grammy Week, major festival runs). WHAT YOU BRING 4+ years in agency operations, management consulting, startup operations, or Chief of Staff roles. Advanced technical fluency in modern project management software, internal CRMs, team messaging ecosystems, and automated integration platforms. Strong financial literacy (understands agency rate cards, staff loading costs, client billing cycles, and budget management). Exceptional written and verbal communication—capable of translating high-level strategy into immediate, structured action plans for the team.
