Position Summary The Specialist Manager, Government Client Contracts Management supports strategic federal contract administration activities across complex, high-value engagements that directly affect revenue generation and retention. This role advises account leadership on contract strategy, supports compliant execution across the contract lifecycle, and leads analysis and resolution of complex contractual matters. This role will work directly with Contracts professionals, Project Engagement Leadership, Enabling Solutions points of contact, and other internal stakeholders to coordinate the information and decisions required to support compliant contract management and operational execution Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Legal Studies, or another business discipline8+ years of experience administering federal contracts, including cost-plus-fixed-fee, cost-plus-incentive-fee, cost-plus-award-fee, firm-fixed-price level-of-effort, time-and-materials, and firm-fixed-price contract typesExperience supporting federal civilian agency contracts, including contracts with the Department of State, Internal Revenue Service, or Department of the TreasuryExperience leading contract management projects or workstreams across multiple stakeholdersExperience developing, submitting, and negotiating governmentwide contract vehiclesAbility to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. Preferred: Master of Business Administration or Master of Science degreeNational Contract Management Association certification, including Certified Federal Contracts Manager, Certified Commercial Contracts Manager, or Certified Professional Contracts ManagerExperience in a professional services organizationExperience managing junior team members The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $93,000 to $171,300.
