Traveling Superintendent

This experience is required for this role. The right person will be confident running complex technical projects, coordinating field teams, communicating clearly with all partners, and keeping safety and quality at the highest standard. You must currently live in the Dallas Fort Worth area since this is your home base for work and travel. You will represent Uprite Construction while traveling to multiple cities in Texas including Houston and at times additional locations when required.What You'll Do:Lead field operations from early mobilization to project closeoutMaintain a safe, clean, and controlled work environment that meets strict clean room standardsWork closely with project managers, trade partners, engineers, and facility teamsReview drawings, specifications, and installation requirements to maintain precision and complianceRun daily planning meetings, progress reviews, and schedule updatesInspect ongoing work and verify quality, sequencing, and cleanliness protocolsBuild strong relationships with trade partners while holding all parties accountablePrepare daily field reports, site photos, and updates for leadership and clientsManage manpower planning, deliveries, site logistics, temporary controls, and closeout needsWhat You'll Bring:Proven superintendent experience in clean room constructionMust currently live in the Dallas Fort Worth areaStrong understanding of controlled environments, air filtration, material handling, and gowning requirementsAbility to lead crews with clarity, respect, and confidenceOrganized, proactive, steady in communication, and calm under pressureWilling and able to travel throughout Texas as part of normal work dutiesHigh personal standards for safety, quality, and professionalismComfortable working with fast paced schedules and technical requirementsTravel expectationsThis is a traveling role. You will visit and lead projects in Dallas Fort Worth and also travel to Houston or other Texas cities based on project needs.
