Job Description\n CloudinfraIT Inc is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Janesville, Wisconsin.Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: Med Surg\n Discipline: RN\n Duration: 13 weeks\n 36 hours per week\n Shift: 12 hours, nights\n Employment Type: Travel\n \n ## Travel RN – Medical Surgical (Adult Surgical Unit)\n **Location:** Wisconsin\n ️ **Contract:** 13 Weeks\n **Shift:** Nights | 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM\n **Specialty:** Medical-Surgical RN\n ### Requirements\n * Active Wisconsin RN License\n * BLS/CPR Certification\n * Current NIHSS Certification\n * Min 3+ years of Adult Med-Surg experience required\n * EPIC experience preferred\n * Must be willing to float to other units as needed\n ### Responsibilities\n * Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult surgical patients\n * Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans\n * Administer medications and treatments per physician orders\n * Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams\n * Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition\n * Educate patients and families regarding treatment and recovery\n * Maintain accurate and timely documentation\n ### Assignment Highlights\n * 13-week travel assignment\n * Night shift schedule (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM)\n * 36 guaranteed hours per week\n * Adult Surgical Unit with occasional pediatric patient population\n * Every other weekend required\n * Holiday coverage required\n * Floating may be required based on facility needs\n * EPIC EMR\n CloudinfraIT Inc Job ID #299755.
