The shift is four 10-hour days, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays required. This position does not require work on Sundays or holidays. Travelers may be called off for one 8-hour shift every two weeks. The facility primarily serves outpatient cases, with most patients being mobile. The majority of procedures involve follow-ups for cancer diagnosis. The tech will be responsible for starting IVs, running I-stats for labs, injecting contrast, and post-processing images. Experience with neonates and infants is preferred. X-ray experience is required for several body parts, including the abdomen, spine, and extremities. Experience with fluoroscopy and enema studies is preferred. Candidates must be willing to float within the facility to meet patient care needs. Time off requests will be approved on an individual basis. The facility maintains a commitment to providing a safe working environment.
