A highly respected Salt Lake City area commercial construction company, specializing in concrete structures and buildings, is seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to join their growing team. Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for concrete projects.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and proposals to develop budgets and bids.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to ensure successful preconstruction planning.
• Manage subcontractor and vendor pricing, ensuring competitiveness and accuracy.
• Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving solutions.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years proven experience as an estimator in concrete construction.
• Strong knowledge of concrete structures, commercial projects, and construction methods.
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team.
