Senior Oncology Account Manager (Chicago South)

Immunome seeks a Senior Oncology Account Manager to drive territory sales for varegacestat in the Chicago South region. The role combines field-based sales execution, healthcare provider relationship building, and cross-functional collaboration to support the potential launch of this investigational desmoid tumor therapy.
Responsibilities
- Achieve territory sales goals for varegacestat while executing aligned brand strategy
- Develop and execute territory business plan identifying priority accounts and call strategies
- Deliver compliant clinical and value-based selling messages to healthcare providers
- Identify and engage local key opinion leaders and multidisciplinary care teams
- Partner with Market Development, Marketing, Market Access, and Medical Affairs on customer experience
Requirements
- Proven territory sales management and account development experience in oncology
- Deep knowledge of desmoid tumor treatment landscape and sarcoma specialists
- Strong ability to build and maintain compliant relationships with physicians and care teams
- Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
- Understanding of pharmaceutical compliance, regulations, and healthcare provider engagement
