Position Summary The Senior Marketing Manager, Demand Generation will focus on demand generation activities to help drive quality leads for sales that generate revenue. This position requires a strong background in marketing with some B2B experience, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for creating impactful campaigns. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to generate demand for the company's solutions and services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product, sales, and customer service—to identify and produce materials that support the prospect‑to‑client lifecycle. Create and manage targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, including events, social media, and digital advertising. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data to optimize and refine strategies. Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and best practices in B2B marketing, specifically as it pertains to our target markets. Marginal Functions Build, maintain and promote relationships with team members, peers across disciplines, and all other company team members ensuring effective coordination of communications and services affecting clients. Attend webinars and training to stay up to date on best practices related to the company and department. Complete projects and other duties as assigned by supervisor. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. Strong analytical and strategic‑thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in project management, marketing automation tools, CRM, and other marketing technologies. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B or software marketing. Physical, Mental, & Communication Demands Physical Demands: Sedentary work, primarily involves sitting for extended periods at a desk or computer; occasional walking to meet with leaders and other employees; minimal lifting of light office supplies. Mental Demands: Attention to detail, problem‑solving, multitasking, decision‑making, stress management. Communication Demands: Interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, written and verbal communication, and presentation skills. Environmental Conditions: Indoor office environment with moderate noise level from copiers, printers, or coworkers.
