Care Partner OpportunityAre you a Certified Nursing Assistant and Medication Aide 50 (Iowa) looking to work for an amazing organization by serving others and connecting with your co-workers?Immanuel Communities is seeking a Care Partner to work at Deerfield located at 13731 Hickman Road, Urbandale, IA 50323. Deerfield has 122 independent living apartment homes, 32 independent living patio homes, 20 assisted living, 24 residential care apartment homes and 30 long-term care/skilled nursing suites.The schedule for this position is 16 hours minimum per month with a holiday rotation.This position will pay up to $22.68/hour.
