Job Description Position Summary We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented team member to support our jobsite operations team. In this role, you will help coordinate materials, process orders, and ensure that field teams have the supplies they need to keep projects running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Assist with ordering and tracking materials and supplies for job sites Help maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and consumable items Communicate with vendors to request pricing and place orders Support the team by preparing and processing purchase orders Coordinate deliveries to job sites and confirm receipt of materials Assist with urgent material or tool deliveries when needed Maintain organized records of orders, vendors, and deliveries Build positive working relationships with vendors and internal teams Provide general administrative and operational support to the yard and project teams Skills & Qualifications Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team environment Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, order systems) Willingness to learn procurement and construction processes Valid driver’s license and good driving record Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in construction, warehouse, logistics, or purchasing is a plus but not required Work Environment Mix of office, yard, and occasional jobsite visits Some local travel may be required Hands‑on, team‑oriented environment supporting active construction projects What We Offer Benefits package including medical, PTO, and 401(k) On‑the‑job training and growth opportunities Supportive team environment Kokosing is an equal employment opportunity/affirmative action federal and state contractor.
