Workers Compensation Team Lead - CA/NV

Seeking a full-time Workers Compensation Team Lead - CA/NV, this role will manage multiple teams of examiners and technical staff, adjudicate complex claims, and provide technical direction while working remotely or from designated locations. Key responsibilities Analyze and process complex general liability claims, managing them through action plans to timely resolution Oversee the litigation process, ensuring claims are resolved efficiently and cost-effectively Lead team meetings, assign accountability, and provide training and support to team members Required qualifications 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred Professional certification relevant to the line of business is preferred Knowledge of CA or NV jurisdiction is required Experience in supervising and developing team members is preferred Virtual Vocations Inc
