Patient Outreach & Engagement Specialist
Lawndale Christian Health Center
Lawndale Christian Health Center is seeking an Outreach Assistant to engage with patients, complete outreach for quality improvement, and assist with patient retention efforts. This role requires strong interpersonal and customer service skills, and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma, be bilingual in English and Spanish, and embody the mission of providing compassionate healthcare.
