About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Acquisition to play a pivotal role in the growth and development of its online gaming brand. This leadership position is focused on redefining player engagement with casino entertainment and requires a strategic approach to scaling a sustainable acquisition engine. The successful candidate will be responsible for all new player growth, developing testing frameworks, and building long-term value partnerships across various channels. A key aspect of the role is to work closely with analytics, product, and creative teams to optimize conversion and measure the impact of acquisition strategies. The Head of Acquisition will also lead a high-performing team, manage budgets, and ensure that player quality is preserved while efficiently scaling acquisition efforts. Applicants for the Head of Acquisition role at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in acquisition or growth leadership, with a proven track record in budget and target delivery. The ideal candidate will have a background in sweepstakes or iGaming, strong experience in affiliate programs, and familiarity with attribution and marketing analytics platforms. The role demands a builder who is adept at working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and is focused on high-quality players that contribute to long-term value. The Head of Acquisition will be expected to establish and execute a 12-month plan that includes channel expansion, SEO diversification, and the creation of a repeatable growth engine to support future scaling. Leadership skills are essential for this position, as the role involves managing agencies and vendors, and establishing clear processes and reporting rhythms within the acquisition team.
