Requirements 7+ years of hands‑on performance marketing experience managing $5M+/year in paid spend, with direct ownership of campaigns — not oversight of an agency. Hands‑on ownership of at least 2 of Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Bing Ads at $300k+/month each, with verifiable results and account‑level examples you can walk through.
