What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll rotate through stations and build cables from start to finish using a batch process:

• Cut, strip, crimp, and solder wires

• Assemble cable and electrical components

• Use hand tools, small machines, and torque wrenches

• Follow written instructions, diagrams, and SOPs

• Track work using a simple computer system

• Rotate between stations once trained (no repetitive monotony)

What We’re Looking For

We are open to entry-level and transferable skills — if you’ve worked with tools or enjoy hands-on work, we want to talk to you.

Great fit if you have:

• Mechanical aptitude (automotive, construction, assembly, hobbies, etc.)

• Experience using hand/power tools

• Ability to read and follow written instructions

• Strong attention to detail

Bonus (not required):

• Wiring, cable, or assembly experience

• Soldering or IPC certifications

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
