Overview What You’ll Do Assist the Chief Engineer in managing day-to-day operations of the Engineering department. Lead and support a team of maintenance engineers and technicians, providing training and direction. Coordinate and execute preventive maintenance programs for guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house systems. Oversee repair and upkeep of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. Respond promptly to guest service requests and maintenance issues. Support capital improvement projects, renovations, and equipment installations. Ensure compliance with safety, fire, and environmental regulations and maintain accurate documentation. Collaborate with hotel leadership to identify operational efficiencies and energy-saving initiatives.
