Warehouse Team Leads

Team Leadership: Delegate daily tasks, manage shift schedules, provide hands‑on training, and motivate staff to reach performance goals. Operations Oversight: Monitor the intake of inbound goods, order picking, packing accuracy, and outbound dispatching. Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts, audit stock levels, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain accurate database records. Safety & Compliance: Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workplace safety protocols, and ensure the warehouse remains clean and organized. Cross-Functional Communication: Collaborate with procurement, customer service, and transport teams to ensure smooth logistics and on-time order fulfillment. Problem Solving: Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns, labor shortages, and supply chain bottlenecks.
