Responsibilities

As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will:

• Deliver a wide range of professional building surveying services, including project management, dilapidations, technical due diligence, and defect analysis.
• Manage and lead client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to achieve client objectives.
• Contribute to business development through networking and identifying new opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have:

• MRICS qualification with a strong track record of success in building surveying.
• Excellent knowledge of building regulations, construction methods, and industry standards.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
