Receptionist (Bilingual Spanish/English) — Entry-Level | Jose Rosario State Farm

Trilingual (English/Spanish/Portuguese) Preferred

Jose Rosario State Farm is a customer-focused insurance agency committed to providing outstanding service and building long-term relationships in our community. We are seeking an entry-level Receptionist who is professional, organized, detail-oriented, and interested in developing a long-term career in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone; direct requests to the appropriate team member.
• Schedule appointments and support daily office communications.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in agency systems.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customer needs.
• Make outbound calls to customers and prospects (training provided) for follow-up and service support.
• Transfer calls/leads to the licensed sales team when a customer/prospect is ready for a quote or coverage discussion.
• Support the team with administrative tasks and projects as needed.

Schedule & Availability

• Primary schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Weekend Off  
• Must be able to commute to and work on-site at our Orlando location.

Qualifications

• 4-40 License (Customer Service Representative)  
• No prior insurance experience required (training provided).
• Strong organization and attention to detail .
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable learning and using office technology (Microsoft Office, CRM systems).
• Comfortable engaging in customer conversations and supporting the sales process.
• Growth mindset: interested in developing professionally and taking on additional responsibilities over time.
• Willing and able to obtain and maintain required insurance licenses for career growth and expanded duties (as applicable and permitted by state law).

Language Requirement

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required (role involves serving Spanish-speaking customers).
• Trilingual (English/Spanish/Portuguese) preferred .

Work Authorization

• Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer .
• Sponsorship is not available for this position.
