Seasonal Operations Assistant - Bolingbrook, IL
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bilingual Seasonal Operations Assistant to support daily warehouse operations and administrative tasks. This role involves monitoring order status, assisting with timekeeping inquiries, maintaining reports, updating employee information, and coordinating with multiple departments to ensure smooth facility operations.
Location: Bolingbrook, IL
Pay Rate: 17.50–21.00/hour (Seasonal)
Duties:
Monitor express orders, track order status, and communicate potential delays to the appropriate departments.
Assist with timekeeping inquiries, including missed punches, hours worked, and schedule verification.
Complete data entry, print employee ID labels and barcodes, and update employee department information.
Prepare and maintain daily Excel backlog reports, department schedules, and evacuation attendance reports.
Provide administrative support to Managers, Supervisors, HR, Security, Onboarding, and Customer Service while directing complex issues to the appropriate teams.
Requirements:
Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
Ability to type at least 50 words per minute accurately.
Strong organizational, communication, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Ability to learn web-based applications, manage multiple requests, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience routing calls and messages to various departments; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
