Job Description
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Michigan-licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time school position in Detroit, MI . The SLP will support students and provide comprehensive speech and language services throughout the school year.
This is a great opportunity for an SLP interested in working with K-8 students in a collaborative educational environment. Pediatric or school-based experience is preferred but not required.

What You'll Do
As the school Speech-Language Pathologist, you will:
Provide diagnostic speech and language services
Deliver therapeutic intervention to students with communication disorders
Provide consultation and support to educational teams
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and support personnel
Help address students' communication needs as they relate to academic and social success
Participate in the development and implementation of appropriate services
Maintain required student records and documentation
Follow IDEA, Section 504, and applicable state and federal requirements
Requirements
Michigan SLP license
Pediatric or school-based experience preferred
Newer school-based SLPs may be considered based on qualifications
Strong teamwork and communication skills
