Housing Manager - Dallas, GA

Overview The Dallas (GA) Housing Authority is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Housing Manager. This is a highly responsible administrative position reporting directly to the Executive Director. Supervision of other administrative employees may be required. Responsibilities Duties include application taking; initial and ongoing eligibility reviews, leasing of apartments; providing customer service; and maintaining financial and statistical records in accordance with program rules and regulations. Qualifications At least five (5) years of experience in leasing and occupancy of federally subsidized housing properties. Knowledge of the Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) Program is a plus. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree from an accredited college or university is a plus. Compensation and Benefits Salary ranges from $40,000 to $60,000 depending on experience.
