Housing Programs Manager - Subsidized Leasing & Compliance

The Dallas (GA) Housing Authority is seeking a qualified Housing Manager responsible for administering applications, eligibility reviews, and leasing of apartments. This role requires providing excellent customer service and maintaining accurate financial and statistical records in line with program rules. Qualifications include at least five years in leasing federally subsidized housing, knowledge of RAD is a plus, and a high school diploma or equivalent (a degree is a plus). #J-18808-Ljbffr SERC-NAHRO
