Finance Intern

Responsibilities Assist in analyzing financial data, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Utilize Excel to perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial records Prepare and post journal entries related to financial transactions Collaborate with the team to evaluate and optimize savings plans Assist in generating financial reports and presentations Identify opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency gains Contribute to special projects as assigned by the Controller Work closely with the finance team and contribute to real-world projects Requirements Currently pursuing a degree in Finance or Accounting Employee must be legally authorized to work in the United States Verification of employment eligibility required at hire Visa sponsorship is not available Ability to lawfully obtain access to export-controlled items Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Enthusiasm to learn and contribute to a fast-paced finance environment Core Competencies Proficiency in financial data analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, complemented by strong skills in Microsoft Excel for account reconciliations and financial reporting.
