We are looking for a Customer Success Representative to provide responsive, professional support to customers throughout their experience with the company. This position involves regular customer interaction, answering questions, providing information, addressing routine concerns, and helping ensure customers receive consistent and reliable service.

The Customer Success Representative will communicate directly with customers while working with internal teams to resolve requests and keep customer needs moving toward a timely resolution.

Responsibilities include:

• Communicate directly with customers regarding questions, requests, and service needs
  
• Provide clear information about available products, services, and company processes
  
• Assist customers in identifying the appropriate options based on their needs
  
• Respond to general account and service inquiries
  
• Help customers navigate routine processes and procedures
  
• Follow up with customers regarding open questions or outstanding requests
  
• Maintain a friendly and professional approach during every interaction
  
• Listen to customer concerns and determine appropriate next steps
  
• Coordinate with other departments when additional assistance is required
  
• Keep customers informed while requests are being addressed
  
• Document customer conversations, questions, and outcomes accurately
  
• Update customer and account information as necessary
  
• Gather feedback regarding customer experiences and common concerns
  
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member
  
• Assist with customer onboarding and general account support
  
• Maintain familiarity with current products, services, and customer information
  
• Support additional customer-related activities as needed
