San Jose, United States | Posted on 01/08/2026 We are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer who will be defining and executing the enterprise technology and product architecture strategy, ensuring the delivery of scalable, secure, and innovative platforms that enable sustainable business growth and competitive differentiation. This executive provides strategic and operational leadership across engineering, product development, and technology functions, aligning technology investments with organizational goals. The CTO leads complex, multi-disciplinary teams, oversees concurrent initiatives across the enterprise, and partners closely with executive leadership to translate business strategy into resilient, future-ready technology solutions. This role is central to driving innovation, operational excellence, and long-term value creation. Key Responsibilities Provide enterprise-level executive oversight of engineering, platform architecture, and product development functions, ensuring technology capabilities are fully aligned with the organization’s long-term strategic and commercial objectives. Define, own, and execute enterprise technology road maps that support scalability, system reliability, operational resilience, and future growth. Lead, mentor, and develop senior technical leaders, including Heads of Engineering, Architecture, and Product Technology, fostering high-performance, accountable leadership teams. Establish and maintain technology governance frameworks that ensure disciplined execution, architectural consistency, risk management, and compliance across the technology organization. Drive innovation initiatives by evaluating and adopting emerging technologies that deliver competitive advantage while maintaining operational stability. Partner closely with Product, Data, Information Security, and Executive Leadership teams to ensure cohesive technology, product, and security strategies. Ensure enterprise platforms meet performance, availability, and security standards while supporting ongoing innovation and business transformation. Oversee technology investment planning, resource allocation, and prioritization to maximize business value and return on investment. Qualifications Minimum of 15 years of progressive senior technology leadership experience within complex software, digital, or enterprise technology environments. Proven record of accomplishment of successfully scaling enterprise platforms and leading large, multi-disciplinary engineering and technology organizations. Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into executable technology initiatives that drive measurable commercial and operational outcomes. Extensive experience proving technology governance, architecture standards, and operational best practices at an enterprise level. Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence executive stakeholders, cross-functional leaders, and Board-level audiences. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a closely related discipline is required. Advanced academic credentials, including a Master’s degree in a relevant field, are strongly preferred. Compensation & Benefits Salary up to $325,000 USD, complemented by a competitive executive incentive program, long-term equity participation where applicable, and a comprehensive benefits package.
