This is a force-multiplier role spanning strategy, operations, and delivery across a ~260-person organization.This is a hybrid position, requiring on-site presence 2-3 days a week at one of the following locations: Palo Alto, CA; Seattle, WA.Chief of StaffOrganizational leadership - Own the operating system of the Sales Engineering orgOwn the operating cadence - staff meetings, business reviews, planning rituals, Townhalls, and people and communications mechanismsBuild and maintain dashboards and reporting that give the VP and leadership a single trusted view of organizational health, delivery, and riskRun the rhythm of business across the leadership team, ensuring goals, metrics, and commitments are visible, current, and on trackManage the leadership team's priorities and time horizon, protecting focus on the highest-leverage work and preventing organizational thrashOversee budget planning and management, ensuring financial resources are allocated effectively across the organizationPlan and allocate resources effectively across project demands and organizational goalsDrive clear, consistent internal communications - keeping the org aligned and informedTechnical Program ManagerEngineering execution — Lead cross-functional engineering initiatives end to endLead highly cross-functional engineering initiatives - on time, within scope, within budget - through influence without direct authority. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate.
