$160000 - $190000 Job Description A market-leading financial services company transforming the future of life insurance and annuities through AI-powered technology is looking for a Senior UX/UI Product Designer to help build the next generation of digital experiences for both consumers and internal business users. As the pioneer of the life settlement industry, this company is investing heavily in modernizing complex insurance workflows through intelligent automation, intuitive design, and innovative product development. This role offers the opportunity to join a growing product organization focused on redefining how users interact with financial products in a highly regulated industry. In this role, you will own the end-to-end design of both customer-facing experiences and internal operational tools, partnering closely with Product and Engineering to deliver intuitive solutions for complex workflows. As the first dedicated product designer on the team, you will help establish design standards, influence product strategy, and create scalable design systems while shaping the future of AI-native experiences across the platform. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on solving difficult UX challenges and enjoys balancing exceptional visual design with thoughtful information architecture and user research. This is a full-time opportunity requiring two days per week onsite near Madison Square Garden in New York City. Reporting directly to the VP of Product, you will have significant ownership, direct influence over product direction, and the opportunity to help build the company's design organization as it grows.
