Brokerage Team Leader

The average full‑time fully ramped Brokerage Leader earns $120,000 to $200,000+ per year. There is no cap on earnings. What We Are Looking For Active and unrestricted Washington real estate license and located in the greater Seattle, WA area 5+ years of experience as a licensed agent. Managing broker license preferred. 3+ years of experience managing or mentoring real estate agents At least 10 closed transactions in the last 12 months A track record of recruiting and building a team, not just managing one A proven ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting or exceeding production targets Demonstrated ability to coach a team, develop skills, and drive results without a company‑supplied lead pipeline Strong communication skills — both written and verbal Orchard is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
